Sorgen um deutschen Handball-Nationalspieler
Hannover-Burgdorfs Trainer Christian Prokop (46) muss in seiner Geburtsstadt auf einen wichtigen Akteur und Leistungsträger wahrscheinlich verzichten. Spielmacher und Abwehr-Stratege Marian Michalczik (28) laboriert an Knie-Problemen. Der Einsatz des Nationalspielers ist mehr als wacklig.
„Uns erwartet ein spannender Test gegen den Gewinner der Champions League“, sagt Sportchef Sven-Sören Christophersen (40). „Für uns ist es nach den bisherigen Testspielen eine weitere Standort-Bestimmung. Qualitativ ist der Gegner sehr herausfordernd.“
[–>Die Herausforderungen während der Saison-Vorbereitung werden im weiteren Verlauf nicht kleiner. Ab kommendem Freitag ist die TSV Hannover-Burgdorf beim traditionell hochkarätig besetzen Heide-Cup in Schneverdingen mit dabei.
Dort trifft Prokops Mannschaft am Freitag (17.45 Uhr) auf den dänischen Meister Aalborg Handbold, dem neuen Arbeitgeber von Nationalspieler Juri Knorr (25). Weitere Teilnehmer bei diesem Top-Turnier sind die Bundesliga-Konkurrenten HSV Hamburg und VfL Gummersbach, sowie Kolstad IL (Norwegen) und die Kadetten Schaffhausen (Schweiz).
Der Test-Kracher gegen den SC Magdeburg wird in einem kostenpflichtigen Livestream von solidsport.com übertragen.

Piastri tops chaotic second practice as Leclerc hits Norris in pit lane
Oscar Piastri topped a chaotic second practice at the Singapore Grand Prix as McLaren team-mate Lando Norris was hit by Charles Leclerc in the pit lane.The session was disrupted by two long red flags after crashes for George Russell and Liam Lawson which led to desperation for the teams to get onto the track, which caused Norris and Leclerc's bizarre incident which is under investigation. Norris' car was damaged but McLaren were able to fix it for the British driver to complete a qualifying simulation where he was fifth but 0.483s behind pace-setter Piastri, who leads Norris by 25 points in the Drivers' Championship.
