Bei der U19-Handball-WM in Ägypten macht nicht nur die deutsche Mannschaft Spaß, die sich vorzeitig fürs Viertelfinale qualifiziert hat. Auch bei den anderen Mannschaften gibt es Spieler, die gehörig auf sich aufmerksam machen.

Allen voran der Slowene Aljus Anžič. Und das nicht nur, weil der Rückraumspieler mit seinen gerade mal 17 Jahren noch in der B-Jugend spielen könnte. Sondern, weil er beim 37:37 gegen Norwegen unglaubliche 23 Tore warf!
Noch stärker: Die 23 Buden gelangen ihm bei gerade mal 25 Versuchen, nur zwei seiner Würfe waren nicht drin.
Handball-Youngster Aljus Anžič wirft 23 Tore in einem Spiel bei U19-WM
Anžič nach der Partie: „Es war wirklich hart. Wir lagen von Anfang an im Rückstand, aber am Ende der ersten Halbzeit kamen wir zurück, verkürzten den Rückstand auf ein Tor und lagen in der zweiten Halbzeit vorne. Es war ein verrücktes Spiel.“ Zur Pause führte Norwegen noch 19:18.
Der Handball-Youngster weiter: „Die ganze zweite Halbzeit führten wir praktisch mit ein oder zwei Toren, es war also knapp. In den letzten zehn Minuten führten wir dann mit drei Toren. Am Ende haben wir, glaube ich, vier Minuten lang kein Tor geworfen, und das war’s dann für uns.“
[–>Anžič stand während der Partie 48 Minuten auf dem Feld, zu seinen 23 eigenen Treffern kommen noch drei Assists hinzu.
Der Slowene, der für RK Celje (europaweit bekannt für seine starke Nachwuchsarbeit) spielt: „Jeder Moment des Spiels, jede Sekunde, es war so schwierig. Ich meine, ich bin mental total am Boden, aber wir werden sehen, was passiert. Wir hoffen, das letzte Spiel zu gewinnen und vielleicht haben wir noch eine Chance.“

Jako řemen. „Maaarek Bakoš,“ znělo po závěrečném hvizdu stadionem Viktorie. Po právu. A úplně stejně jako v době, kdy „Baky“ coby chytrý útočník sázel branku za brankou.Nevzpomněl jste si u děkovačky na doby, kdy vás takhle fandové vyvolávali po vstřelení gólu?(usmívá se) Je samozřejmě příjemné, když vás lidé ocení.
