Mais do que otimista, o jornalista colorado Fabiano Baldasso já se mostra convicto do que vai acontecer nesta quarta-feira, 21h30, no Beira-Rio, no reencontro entre Internacional x Flamengo. O comunicador, durante o programa “Debate Raiz”, no YouTube, afirmou com todas as letras que o time gaúcho virará e sairá classificado na fase de oitavas de final da Libertadores.
Aceitando ser “cobrado depois”, Baldasso ainda foi mais além ao antecipar os detalhes da possível classificação gaúcha rumo às quartas de final da maior competição continental. Segundo ele, a vaga virá de forma relativamente tranquila, no tempo normal, sem necessitar da disputa por penalidades máximas:
“O Internacional está classificado às quartas de final da Libertadores da América. Deixa eu ser mais claro, porque talvez eu não tenha sido entendido. Eu quero dizer para todos vocês que estão assistindo: olhem nos meus olhos. O Internacional está classificado às quartas da Libertadores. E no tempo normal, com alguma tranquilidade. Me cobrem depois”, disparou Baldasso.

Crítico às recentes escolhas do técnico Roger Machado nas escalações do Internacional, inclusive na decisão de preservar titulares no jogo de domingo pelo Brasileirão contra o mesmo rival, Baldasso também revelou que a sua escalação ideal é diferente para quarta-feira. Ele entraria com o atacante Rafael Borré e não com o meia Bruno Tabata.
A princípio, Roger, também pressionado pela torcida, não fará mistério e vai manter a mesma base de time que levou 1×0 no Maracanã no meio da semana passada. Sendo assim, jogará com: Rochet; Aguirre, Vitão, Juninho, Bernabei; Thiago Maia, Alan Rodríguez, Tabata, Alan Patrick, Wesley; Ricardo Mathias.
A situação de Internacional x Flamengo na Libertadores
Por ter vencido o jogo de ida pelo placar de 1×0, o Flamengo joga no Beira-Rio com o direito de empatar para avançar às quartas. Já o Colorado terá que vencer por dois ou mais gols no tempo normal para não necessitar das cobranças de penalidades máximas.
Fora de campo, a mobilização da torcida colorada é grande para a partida. São esperadas cerca de 50 mil pessoas no jogo considerado mais importante do ano até aqui. Por volta de 19h40, haverá as “Ruas de Fogo” com sinalizadores nos arredores do Beira-Rio na recepção do ônibus dos jogadores.
