Die Bundesliga-Saison hat noch gar nicht begonnen, da ist der FC Bayern schon wieder in aller Munde: die Verpflichtung von Liverpools Luis Diaz, das Buhlen um Stuttgarts Stürmer Nick Woltemade.

Mittendrin aber auch: die mahnenden Worte von Harry Kane, der von einem der kleinsten Kader spricht, in dem er je gespielt hat. Bayern zu dünn besetzt für die Meisterschaft? Oder schon voll auf Kurs?

Die weiße Flagge hissen? Warum?!

Selbst Stürmer Harry Kane merkte bereits an, wie klein der Kader des FC Bayern sei – was zu einem echten Problem werden kann. Die Transferperiode verlief längst nicht glänzend und geräuschlos, mit Thomas Müller ist das Aushängeschild und der Moderator der Mannschaft weg, Jamal Musiala fehlt noch wochenlang, Aufsichtsratsmitglied Uli Hoeneß sorgt mit seinen Aussagen in munteren Abständen für Unruhe.

Ein unaufhaltsamer Zug sieht anders aus. Die Konkurrenz muss die Chance nun nutzen. Allen voran der BVB. Trainer Kovac hat aus der sensiblen Mannschaft eine Einheit geformt, die marschiert. Und die aufgrund des extrem auf Fitness ausgerichteten Trainings die Strapazen der Klub-WM besser wegstecken könnte. Unter ihm gewann die Borussia in der vergangenen Rückrunde auch Spiele, in denen das Team bedrohlich wackelte, etwa in Leverkusen (4:2). Die Eigenschaft eines Meisters.

Für die Attraktivität der Bundesliga ist es bedauerlich. Aber der FC Bayern wird wieder Meister!

Leverkusens Titelgewinn 2024 war eine Ausnahme. Allein aus wirtschaftlichen Gründen bleiben die Münchner – sorry (!) – für den neutralen Fußball-Fan langweiliger Dauer-Champion.

Ihr Kaderwert beträgt 875 Mio. Euro, Tendenz steigend. Die Bayern wollen noch vor Transfer-Schluss am 1. September einen Top-Star verpflichten. Die Kader-Werte der möglichen vier Bayern-Konkurrenten Dortmund, Leverkusen, Leipzig und Frankfurt liegen jeweils unter 500 Mio. Euro. Geld beschert am Ende Titel. Die Zeiten sind vorbei, in denen es regelmäßig andere Meister oder sogar Überraschungs-Champions wie 1998 Kaiserslautern als Aufsteiger gab.

Weil die finanzielle Schere zwischen den Vereinen immer weiter auseinandergeht – und die Bayern auch wegen ihrer guten Arbeit in der Vergangenheit davon am meisten profitieren!
