Estado de São Paulo avança para voltar a comercializar cervejas e outras bebidas alcóolicas em estádios de futebol

O Estado de São Paulo avançou, na última segunda-feira (29), para voltar a permitir a venda de cervejas e outras bebidas alcóolicas em estádios de futebol após quase 30 anos. Já há um acordo entre o governo, o Ministério Público Estadual (MPSP), a Polícia Militar (PMSP) e a Defensoria Pública. Para a liberação entrar em vigor, resta a aprovação de uma nova legislação por parte da Assembleia Legislativa (Alesp) — no caso da capital paulista, também precisará ser revogada uma lei que entrou em vigor em 1997. A informação foi dada inicialmente pelo Estadão.

Proibida desde 1996, após briga entre torcidas de São Paulo e Palmeiras em 1995, a venda de bebidas alcóolicas em estádios voltará a ser liberada no estado após lobby dos clubes que contou com a ajuda do setor público. Uma minuta do projeto de lei já foi enviada pelo governo de SP para a Alesp.

Na abertura do evento na Alesp, que contou com deputados, representantes de clubes de futebol e o presidente da Federação Paulista de Futebol (FPF), Reinaldo Carneiro Bastos, o deputado Delegado Olim (PP) informou ter recebido uma minuta do projeto de lei do governo Tarcísio de Freitas (Republicanos) que autoriza a venda.

— O secretário (da Casa Civil) Artur Lima me mandou agora um projeto do governo que foi acertado com a Polícia Militar, com a Defensoria e com o Ministério Público para ter bebidas nos estádios. Eles têm interesse. A gente [deveria] fazer um coletivo e todo mundo entrar junto. Tenho certeza que o pessoal ligado aos evangélicos não vai atrapalhar, eles também gostam de beber — falou o presidente do Tribunal de Justiça Desportiva (TJD) da FPF, Delegado Olim.

Secretário-executivo de Esportes de São Paulo, Coronel Lemos detalhou algumas das condições impostas pelo governo para que a liberação entrasse em vigor. Haverão algumas regras que terão que ser cumpridas e, consequentemente fiscalizadas, e que envolvem os clubes e torcedores.

— Combinamos que espectadores não poderão entrar com bebidas alcoólicas adquiridas fora dos estádios. As bebidas vão ter um controle de graduação máxima e embalagens apenas em vasilhas de plástico ou biodegradável no máximo 600 ml. Cada torcedor vai poder consumir no máximo duas”, afirmou o secretário-executivo de Esportes. Também seria proibida a venda em eventos de categorias de base — explicou Lemos.
