La mañana, en cuanto en política nacional se refiere, ha empezado fuerte. El Gobierno quiere dar un paso más allá con el aborto para convertirlo en un derecho que esté incluído en la Constitución con el fin de “consagrar la libertad y la autonomía de las mujeres”, informa EFE.
Una decisión que han hecho pública diferentes miembros del ejecutivo como el propio Pedro Sánchez que incluso apelaba al Partido Popular en vías de hacerlo posible, aunque recriminaba su decisión de informar en la Comunidad de Madrid a las mujeres que vayan a hacerlo sobre un supuesto síndrome posaborto no avalado por la comunidad científica: “El PP ha decidido fundirse con la ultraderecha. Allá ellos. Pueden hacerlo. Pero no a costa de las libertades y los derechos de las mujeres“, decía el Presidente del Gobierno.
Las dos claves de la reforma para convertir el aborto en un derecho en la Constitución
La reforma que plantean los socialistas está basada en dos puntos clave como son es “impedir que se proporcione información engañosa o contraria a la ciencia sobre el aborto, reformando el Real Decreto 825/2010“, en relación a la supuesto síndrome posaborto. La segunda tendría que pasar por el Parlamento: “Una propuesta para constitucionalizar el derecho a la interrupción voluntaria del embarazo, en línea con la jurisprudencia del Tribunal Constitucional“, añadía.
Unas medidas que no ha sido el único del Gobierno en respaldarlas, también lo ha hecho el Ministro de Transportes, Óscar Puente, en su cuenta de Twitter: “A raíz de que la derecha asoma la patita otra vez con el tema del aborto, leo a mujeres jóvenes por aquí que dicen que van a tener que seguir luchando por sus derechos“, empezaba diciendo. Un mensaje que terminaba con una reflexión: “Ah, ¿pero qué os creíais, que los derechos se conquistan y ya? Los derechos siempre están amenazados. Todo lo que se conquista se puede perder y con la ultraderecha llamando a la puerta eso no es una entelequia, es una realidad“, zanjaba.
