CBF não apresentará áudios do VAR de São Paulo x Palmeiras

O clássico entre São Paulo e Palmeiras, válido pela 27ª rodada do Campeonato Brasileiro, terminou com vitória alviverde por 3 a 2. No entanto, o resultado ficou em segundo plano diante da enorme polêmica envolvendo a arbitragem de Ramon Abatti Abel e o VAR de Ilbert Estevam da Silva. A repercussão foi tamanha que ambos foram afastados pela CBF, que reconheceu ao clube do Morumbi que houve erros na condução da partida.

Apesar das reclamações, a CBF não divulgará os áudios do VAR referentes aos lances questionados. A decisão levantou dúvidas entre torcedores e dirigentes tricolores, que aguardavam uma explicação pública após os episódios controversos no MorumBIS.

Reclamações do São Paulo

Logo após o apito final, dirigentes do São Paulo entraram em contato com Samir Xaud, presidente da entidade, para relatar uma série de jogadas que, segundo o clube, mudaram o rumo da partida. Entre os principais lances contestados estão:

  • Um carrinho de Allan em Gonzalo Tapia dentro da área palmeirense, quando o placar ainda marcava 2 a 0 para o Tricolor;
  • Uma falta de Gustavo Gómez em Tapia na origem do primeiro gol do Palmeiras;
  • E entradas duras de jogadores como o próprio Gómez, Raphael Veiga e Andreas Pereira, que poderiam, na visão são-paulina, resultar em expulsões diretas.

Mesmo com todos esses episódios, Ramon Abatti Abel não consultou o monitor do VAR em nenhum deles, o que acabou sendo determinante para a decisão posterior da CBF.

Por que os áudios não serão divulgados

De acordo com o protocolo oficial da Confederação Brasileira de Futebol, os áudios do VAR só são divulgados quando há uma revisão de campo, ou seja, quando o árbitro principal é chamado pelo vídeo e decide consultar o monitor para reavaliar o lance.

Como nenhum dos lances polêmicos de São Paulo x Palmeiras foi revisado dessa forma, a CBF informou que não há material público a ser compartilhado, mantendo os áudios restritos ao seu Fórum Permanente de Arbitragem, espaço interno criado para esclarecimentos entre clubes e a Comissão de Arbitragem.

Na prática, isso significa que o São Paulo poderá ouvir as comunicações do VAR, mas somente em ambiente privado, dentro desse fórum. A divulgação ao público, portanto, não ocorrerá.

Opiniões e análises

Para Carlos Eugênio Simon, ex-árbitro e comentarista dos Canais Disney, o erro mais evidente foi justamente o pênalti não marcado em Tapia.

“Pênalti claro e não marcado para o São Paulo. Allan escorrega e acerta Tapia. Sem querer é falta, e dentro da área é pênalti. O árbitro não marcou, o VAR não interveio, e isso é um erro grave”, avaliou Simon.

A análise reforça o argumento do São Paulo, que chegou a divulgar nota oficial e cobrar medidas da CBF após o clássico. Na mesma linha, outros analistas apontaram inconsistências na atuação de Abatti Abel e destacaram a falta de critério na aplicação de cartões.

Afastamento dos árbitros e reação da CBF

Diante da repercussão, a CBF decidiu afastar Ramon Abatti Abel e Ilbert Estevam da Silva. Em comunicado, a entidade informou que ambos serão “condicionados a aprimoramento técnico”, expressão que, na prática, significa um período fora das escalas das principais competições nacionais.

O afastamento foi interpretado nos bastidores como uma admissão indireta de falhas. Segundo apuração da ESPN, a CBF teria reconhecido que o São Paulo tem razão em parte das reclamações apresentadas, embora tenha evitado mencionar publicamente quais lances foram considerados equivocados.

Súmula com protestos e ofensas

A súmula da partida também revelou o clima tenso após o apito final. O árbitro relatou ofensas verbais por parte dos dirigentes Carlos Belmonte e Rui Costa, que, segundo ele, o abordaram no túnel de acesso aos vestiários.

“Filma ele, a vergonha, ele aí. O VAR não veio”, teria dito Belmonte, de acordo com o documento.
Rui Costa, por sua vez, teria proferido xingamentos e foi igualmente citado pelo árbitro.

Ambos foram identificados pelo delegado da partida, o que pode gerar sanções disciplinares posteriores.
