Talles Magno agradeceu a oportunidade de continuar no Corinthians (Rodrigo Coca/Corinthians)
O Corinthians oficializou a renovação do empréstimo do atacante Talles Magno no mercado da bola. Magno ficaria até o próximo mês de junho. Agora, o contrato foi estendido até o fim do ano.
Talles Magno pertence ao New York City da MLS e chegou ao Timão em julho de 2024 e participou de 37 jogos com 23 vitórias e oito empates. Ele marcou oito gols no período.
“Graças a Deus, vou poder ficar no Corinthians. Era uma vontade minha. Que esta renovação seja de muito orgulho para mim e para minha família. Que nós possamos desfrutar muito disto”, disse o atacante. “A torcida pode esperar aquela garra e aquela alegria”, comentou Talles na tarde desta quinta-feira (3).
O camisa 43 estreou em 10 de agosto de 2024 em partida válida pelo Brasileirão Série A. O jogo foi diante do Red Bull Bragantino por 1 a 1. O atacante saiu do banco para fazer seu primeiro gol pelo Timão.
Talles iniciou carreira no Vasco
Talles estreou pelo Vasco no dia 2 de junho de 2019, na derrota por 1 a 0 para o Botafogo, na 7° rodada do Brasileirão, substituindo Tiago Reis. Talles se tornou o jogador mais jovem a estrear com a camisa do Vasco no século 21, com 16 anos, 11 meses e 2 dias, superando o meia Paulinho, atualmente no Palmeiras.
No dia 17 de maio de 2021, Talles foi oficialmente vendido ao New York City por 15 milhões de dólares (equivalente a 63 milhões de reais). O contrato do atleta com o clube estadunidense vale por duas temporadas. No dia 6 de Dezembro de 2021, Talles entrou em campo na final da Conferência Leste contra o Philadelphia Union.

O fato é que Talles Magno foi uma das alterações feitas por Ramon Díaz na derrota do alvinegro por 2 a 1 na estreia da Copa Sul-Americana na última quarta-feira (2).
Agora, Talles e o restante do elenco se preparam para encarar o Vasco na segunda rodada do Brasileirão, também no estádio em Itaquera.
