„Každé tři body z venku jsou neskutečně cenné. Nás k nim dnes přivedly dvě velmi dobře vyřešené situace. Byli jsme efektivní. Úplně to ale nebyl náš zápas. Naše vítězství bylo svým způsobem šťastné a jsme za něj vděční,“ tvrdil karvinský lodivod Martin Hyský.
Jeho tým se ujal vedení v 16. minutě po hrubce gólmana Koutného, který za svá záda pustil nepříliš vydařenou střelu Tomiče. Sigma ale v 35. minutě vyrovnala Litevcem Dolžnikovem.
„Domácí byli agresivní, výborně nás napadali, my tomu jen těžko odolávali a výsledkem byl hodně laciný gól na 1:1 v naší síti. Po přestávce, kdy to už byla spíše bitva, jsme však v soubojích byli odolnější, ty první jsme vyhrávali častěji, domácí jsme do šancí moc nepouštěli a vyšel nám rychlý protiútok,“ věděl trenér Karviné.

Na konci klíčové akce, kterou založil Bužek, byl devatenáctiletý Planka. Jeho střela z hranice šestnáctky skončila v pravé šibenici Koutného brány. „Bužek naváděl balon, měl před sebou spoustu místa. Moje první myšlenka byla, že mu naběhnu do kapsy, protože jsem tam viděl otevřený prostor, ale Breite mě tam nepustil. Měli jsme však spolu oční kontakt, já si počkal na zpětnou přihrávku, on mi to dal pod sebe, a protože jsme tam byli v menším počtu, zkusil jsem vypálit a parádně to tam zapadlo,“ popsal svoji trefu.
„Věděli jsme, že to tady bude těžké, tvrdé. Byla to válka a my si ceníme, že jsme ji zvládli, neboť nás výhra v tabulce zase posunula. Nemíníme lítat v oblacích, ale chceme sezónu úspěšně dohrát. Máme to ve svých rukou a doufáme, že po těch dvou zbývajících duelech, co nás do konce základní části čekají, budeme ještě výš. Prioritou byla střední skupina a my uděláme maximum, abychom se v ní udrželi nebo se dostali i do elitní šestky,“ dodal Planka.
Hyský euforii brzdil, ale ani on se smělých ambicí nevzdával. „Hlavním cílem před sezonou byla střední skupina a tu pořád ještě nemáme jistou. První šestka je teď však snem. Máme do ní blízko a popereme se o ni,“ podotkl.
Karvinou nejprve doma čeká Slavia a poté končí v Liberci. „Ukázali jsme, že doma jsme s top celky naší ligy schopni držet krok. Se Spartou a Plzní jsme o gól prohráli, s Baníkem to byla plichta. Ale pokaždé jsme sahali po lepším výsledku. Prožíváme skvělé období. Kluci se stále lepší, všichni šli individuálně nahoru. Budeme se rvát,“ zdůraznil.
