Delayed Super Bowl visit still in talks
The Chiefs‘ official White House visit following their Super Bowl LIV victory in 2020 was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. But recently, Trump hinted at revisiting the idea of hosting the team in Washington.
Chiefs owner Clark Hunt confirmed that conversations are still ongoing with the current administration. “We’re working through those [details] with the White House,” he said, noting that only a handful of players from the original championship team remain on the roster.
