Para o ex-jogador Tostão, um dos times que mais tem decepcionado no futebol brasileiro em 2025 é o Cruzeiro. A expectativa criada pela equipe com as contratações de reforços estrelados não tem se traduzido em campo e a Raposa demonstra atualmente um nível técnico muito abaixo.
O comentarista do jornal Folha de S.Paulo criticou a péssima atuação da equipe mineira na derrota para o Mushuc Runa, do Peru, no Mineirão, em jogo da segunda rodada da fase de grupos da Copa Sul-Americana, na semana passada.
Para ele, o Cruzeiro tinha a obrigação de vencer o fraco time peruano e precisa melhorar o nível de futebol gerado pelas contratações de jogadores como Dudu, Gabigol, Cássio, Bolasie, Fagner e Fabrício Bruno entre outros.
“O Cruzeiro, mesmo em formação, é superior ao desconhecido time Mushuc Runa, do Equador, porém não foi tão surpreendente a derrota. O presidente do clube e o treinador admitiram que o nível técnico da equipe está muito abaixo da expectativa dos torcedores e da imprensa”, avaliou Tostão.
Após a decepção na Sul-Americana, a Raposa voltou a campo pelo Brasileirão neste fim de semana, contra o São Paulo, no Morumbis, e conseguiu voltar com um empate, por 1 a 1.
Tostão elege Internacional como o melhor da Libertadores 2025
Depois de duas rodadas disputadas na fase de grupos da Libertadores, Tostão já cravou o time com o melhor futebol até o momento na competição continental.
Para o campeão do mundo em 1970, o Internacional, dirigido pelo técnico Roger Machado, é o que apresenta o melhor futebol no torneio.
“O Inter, até o momento, é o time que tem jogado de maneira melhor na Libertadores, e o adversário, das partidas que vi, foi o melhor entre as outras equipes sul-americanas”, destacou o comentarista, ao avaliar a atuação do Colorado na vitória por 3 a 0 contra o Atlético Nacional-COL, na semana passada.

O comentarista do SporTV destacou a equipe gaúcha após o jogaço contra o Bahia, na Casa de Apostas Arena Fonte Nova.
“O Internacional está em um início de temporada fantástico, jogando muito. O melhor jogo da Libertadores até aqui pra mim foi esse Bahia e Inter. Bahia é fortíssimo jogando dentro de casa”, destacou Felipe Melo.
