BVB-Ausstiegsklausel enthüllt – Wohin Guirassy im Sommer wechseln darf!

Als der BVB im vergangenen Sommer in den Poker um Serhou Guirassy (29) einstieg, war die Konkurrenz namhaft: Der FC Chelsea und der FC Arsenal klopften beim Stürmer an, der damals noch beim VfB Stuttgart unter Vertrag stand. Und auch der FC Bayern versuchte es, kontaktierte die ­Guirassy-Seite in Person von Manager Max Eberl (51). Die Ausstiegsklausel des Guineers in Höhe von 18 Millionen Euro war schon fast eine Einladung, den Top-Angreifer, der in der Vorsaison 28 Liga-Tore geschossen hatte, zu verpflichten.

Am Ende entschied sich Guirassy für die Borussia. Dafür musste der Revierklub jedoch eine Regel brechen. Normalerweise gibt es in Dortmund in den Spielerverträgen keine Ausstiegsklauseln. Nur in Ausnahme­fällen umgehen die Bosse diesen Grundsatz. 2020 war das im Falle von Erling Haaland (24) so, der aus Salzburg kam und 2022 für 60 Mio. Euro zu Manchester City ging. Und nun mussten sie diesen Kompromiss auch bei Guirassy eingehen.

Das Management des Spielers bestand darauf, dass es eine Möglichkeit gibt, dass sich Guirassy vor allem seinen Traum von der Premier League in England erfüllen kann. Nach SPORT BILD-Informationen gibt es in seinem Kontrakt (gültig bis 2028) eine Ausstiegsklausel, die für rund ein halbes Dutzend Vereine gilt. Es handelt sich um europäische Topklubs, zu denen unter anderem auch der FC Chelsea gehören soll. Auf der Insel weiß man um das Detail im Guirassy-Vertrag. Die Auswahl möglicher Käufer gab vor rund einem Jahr das Management des Stürmers vor. Die Bosse willigten ein – weil sie keine andere Wahl hatten.

[–>Sollte ein Interessent die Klausel ziehen, profitiert der BVB immerhin aus finanzieller Sicht massiv. SPORT BILD weiß: Die Ablösesumme beträgt – inklusive möglicher Nachzahlungen – knapp über 70 Millionen Euro. Der festgeschriebene Grundbetrag liegt knapp darunter. Für die Borussia bliebe also ein Transfer-Plus von rund 50 Millionen Euro. Eine Summe, mit der die Bosse auf dem Transfermarkt antreten könnten.

Ein weiterer Aspekt, der die Vereinbarung ein wenig erträglicher aus BVB-Sicht macht: Die Ausstiegsklausel kann erst nach der Klub-WM aktiviert werden. Das neu geschaffene Turnier, das im Juni und Juli in den USA stattfindet, wird Guirassy also auf jeden Fall noch im Dortmunder Trikot absolvieren. Die Verantwortlichen sehen das Event keinesfalls als lockeres Auslaufen der Saison, sondern als große Chance. Bis zu 100 Millionen kann der Revier-Klub einnehmen.

Doch wie realistisch ist ein Abgang im Sommer? Das Interesse anderer Klubs dürfte in den vergangenen Monaten kaum geringer geworden sein: Guirassy ist auch auf höchster europäischer Bühne treffsicher – und gehört zu den besten Torjägern der aktuellen Champions-League-Saison. In der Bundesliga dominiert er die klubinterne Torjäger-Liste mit 15 Saisontoren. Durchschnittlich trifft er alle 144 Minuten – ein Top-Wert.

Die Bosse schätzen zudem eine weitere Fähigkeit ganz besonders: Guirassy präsentiert sich als absoluter Teamplayer, sucht immer wieder das Gespräch mit jüngeren Spielern. In der Kabine hat sein Wort Gewicht – auch, weil er mittlerweile passabel Deutsch sprechen kann. Umso schmerzhafter wäre ein Abgang im Sommer. Zumal die Borussia in der Sturmspitze eher dünn besetzt ist. Um nicht zu sagen: Guirassy ist der einzige Stoßstürmer im gesamten Kader. Mit Sébastien Haller (30/FC Utrecht) kehrt zwar im Sommer ein klassischer „Neuner“ nach seiner Leihe zurück, doch intern planen die Verantwortlichen mit dem Ivorer kaum mehr.

Und Guirassy selbst? Der fühlt sich beim BVB sehr wohl, spürt das große Vertrauen der Verantwortlichen. Seine Ehefrau sowie seine drei Kinder sind mit ihm nach Dortmund gezogen, leben nur rund zehn Minuten entfernt vom Stadion. Aber: Der Stürmer ist extrem ambitioniert. Mit dem Anspruch, jedes Jahr in der Champions League vertreten zu sein. Nach dem 2:2 beim FC Bayern ist diese für die Borussia allerdings nur noch sehr schwer zu erreichen, es droht das erste Verpassen der Königsklasse seit der Saison 2015/16. Der Rückstand auf Platz vier beträgt nun sechs Punkte.

Es könnte also wieder Bewegung im Sturmzentrum geben. Guirassy-Vorgänger Niclas Füllkrug (32/West Ham) lief ebenfalls nur eine Saison für Schwarz-Gelb auf. Er erfüllte sich dann einen großen Traum: die Premier League.
