Die italienische Sportzeitung kommt aus dem Schwärmen gar nicht mehr heraus. Sommer habe sich – nicht zum ersten Mal – „als Superman verkleidet“.
„Er zog seinen Umhang an, flog, und machte das Tor zum 2:2 zunichte“, beschreibt das Blatt die Parade gegen Luccas Kopfball. Gegen Solet parierte er dann noch „sensationeller“.

Sommer, der seit seinem Wechsel 2023 vom FC Bayern zu Inter zu Hochtouren aufläuft, sagt dagegen nur ganz abgeklärt über seine Leistung: „Das ist mein Job.“
Auch dank Sommers Paraden darf Inter weiterhin auf die zweite Meisterschaft in Folge hoffen. Die Serie A führen sie mit drei Punkten vor der SSC Neapel an.
Inter trifft in der Champions League auf Bayern
Sommer hält sich wohl auch schon für seinen Ex-Klub FC Bayern warm. Am 8. April kommt es in im Viertelfinale der Champions League zu einem Wiedersehen mit seinem alten Arbeitgeber.
Das Hinspiel steigt zunächst in München (Anstoß 21 Uhr/Live auf Amazon Prime und im SPORT BILD.de-Liveticker), ehe am 16. April das Rückspiel in Italien steigt (21 Uhr).
