“No voy a aceptar lecciones ni tergiversaciones del PP. Lo que quise decir y mantengo es que la presunción de inocencia no debe impedir que podamos expresar nuestro rechazo a que de manera sistemática se cuestione a las mujeres que son víctimas de agresiones y del machismo”, comenzó escribiendo en Twitter, ahora X.
“Obviamente, el PP es el menos apropiado para hablar cuando ha dicho que el Constitucional es el ‘cáncer del Estado de Derecho’, se vanagloriaba de controlar la sala segunda del Supremo por la puerta de atrás o aseguraba que la Gürtel era una trama contra el PP”, sentenció.
Palabras leídas por Risto Mejide en ‘Todo es Mentira’, que no dudó en dar su opinión: “No, nadie cuestiona eso, por supuesto, cada uno puede decir lo que quiera, todavía hay libertad de expresión. Pero claro, a la Vicepresidenta Primera del Gobierno le da vergüenza el artículo 24.2 de la Constitución Española, el que establece que toda persona en nuestro país tiene la presunción de inocencia…”.

En este momento, Marina Rivers tomó la palabra, y aunque estaba de acuerdo con lo que decía el presentador, también quiso aportar su idea sobre la sentencia, algo que a Risto le pareció que no tenía nada que ver.

“Como estudiante de derecho, es una aberración decir que la presunción de inocencia no puede prevalecer, más que nada porque está en la carta de derechos fundamentales, en la Constitución… No tiene ningún tipo de sentido a nivel jurídico”, comenzó relatando, pero en seguida cambió.
“También quiero decir, esta sentencia ahora mismo se ha declarado que no hay pruebas, una sentencia anterior sí las daba, por lo que hay que esperar, porque esto puede volver al Supremo y ver qué dictamina, que puede ser otra cosa”, apuntó.
Es aquí cuando Risto comienza a intervenir: “Pero no estamos valorando la sentencia, estamos valorando las palabras de la Vicepresidenta”. Algo a lo que la influencer no hizo caso: “Sí, pero que unos jueces dicen una cosa y otros otra, yo sí que quiero decir que parece que hay que estar muerta para que te crean”.

Risto decide entonces pararle los pies y opinar directamente sobre ello: “Insisto que esto no tiene nada que ver con la sentencia de Dani Alves. El problema no es ese. Entiendo que quieras dar ese discurso, pero aquí nadie ha defendido a Dani Alves, estamos hablando de unas palabras”.
“Nadie entra ahí. Tú eres estudiante de derecho. Lo que estamos diciendo es que una Vicepresidenta no puede salir en público a decir que es vergonzoso que la presunción de inocencia esté por encima de una mujer. No es que sean erradas, a mí me parecen muy preocupantes, porque sus palabras afectan a todos los hombres de este país. No pueden decir desde el Gobierno de España que nosotros no tenemos esa posibilidad”, sentenció.
