Rogério Ceni sabe das dificuldades que vai encontrar na estreia da fase de grupos da Libertadores, diante do Internacional, em confronto marcado para esta semana, em Salvador. Após o empate de 1 a 1 contra o Corinthians, neste domingo (30), o comandante já chamou atenção para o alto nível do adversário.
Ao repercutir alguns elogios sobre a versatilidade no estilo de jogo do Bahia, o treinador agradeceu, mas não colocou o time como a sexta força do torneio continental, e chamou atenção para a exibição do Internacional atuando fora de casa contra o Flamengo, projetando um alto nível de dificuldade.
“Eu fico feliz que o Bahia seja colocado como um time com variação no elenco, mas isso não quer dizer que somos o sexto melhor time da Libertadores. Mostra que estamos crescendo e que temos condições de lutar”, iniciou Rogério Ceni.
“Vocês viram o Inter jogando ontem contra o Flamengo, a qualidade do Inter fora de casa. O gasto econômico, o investimento, o valor, nem sempre vai refletir a posição final”, complementou o treinador.
