“¿Eso es penalti?”, pregunta el croata sobre el césped mientras los jugadores del Leganés protestas al árbitro al considerar que el contacto de Óscar sobre Güler no es lo suficientemente fuerte para ser penalti.
“¿Quién lo ha hecho? ¿Quién lo ha hecho?”, dijo dos veces.
El VAR, al ver que hay contacto, no entró en la jugada y Mbappé marcó el 1-0 de penalti tras lanzarlo de Panenka.

Pérez Burrull, el analista arbitral de Radio MARCA, consideró que no había penalti de Óscar a Güler: “No me lo parece. Cae Güler dentro del área en una disputa de balón con Oscar. No hay acción punible que pueda considerarse como pena máxima.
Antonio Mateu Lahoz, comentarista arbitral en Movistar +, también consideró que la jugada de la polémica no era penalti.
“Vemos muchas tomas y en ninguna podemos considerar que es penalti. ‘¿Por qué el VAR no decidió ayudar a un ser humano que, desde el terreno de juego, se puede equivocar? Esa es la única duda, porque aquí no podemos hablar de penalti”, reflexionó.
Mateu Lahoz insistió en que “nunca podemos considerar esto como pena máxima. Es una disputa entre ellos”.
