Micah Parsons, the Dallas Cowboys‘ All-Pro edge rusher, is a force on the field-and behind the scenes, his agent David Mulugheta is the mastermind steering his contract talks. Mulugheta’s no small fry-he’s one of the NFL’s biggest power players, a guy who’s turned deal-making into an art form.

With Parsons’ fifth-year option locked at $24 million for 2025, Mulugheta’s the key to landing what could be the richest non-quarterback deal in NFL history.
