Er behält seinen Rhythmus bei…
Alle zwei Monate macht der deutsche Poker-Profi Christopher Nguyen von sich reden. Angefangen bei der World Series of Poker Winter-Edition powered by GGPoker (Anzeige) im Dezember auf den Bahamas. Dort wurde er beim 25.000 Dollar Super Main Event Fünfter, kassierte dafür 2 Mio. Euro. Sein erster Millionen-Gewinn. Im Februar – zwei Monate später – gewann er auf der Poker-Plattform GGPoker eine halbe Mio. Euro. Jetzt macht er wieder von sich reden.

Letzten Donnerstag gewann er gleich zwei große Online-Turniere, sackte rund 190.000 Euro ein. Zuvor holte er zweimal den 4. Platz, was ihm ebenfalls rund 60.000 Euro brachte. Macht insgesamt 250.000 Euro in einer Woche. So viel verdienen eigentlich nur die Top-Stars aus den europäischen Fußball-Ligen. Nguyen macht es mit Geschick, Glück und ganz viel Können an den virtuellen Poker-Tischen.
Sollte seine mysteriöse Serie weiterlaufen, wird er wohl das nächste Mal bei der World Series of Poker in Las Vegas (Start 28. Mai) zuschlagen. Bisher konnte Nguyen noch kein Gold-Armband bei der Prestige-Serie gewinnen. Vielleicht wird es ja in diesem Sommer etwas. Bisher nahm er noch nie an diesem Mega-Event in der Zocker-Metropole teil, erzielte seine einzigen WSOP-Gewinne an den Online-Tischen. Ob es in diesem Jahr anders wird?
[–>Einen weiteren deutschen Erfolg gab es am Freitagabend: Christian Rudolph (37) wurde bei einem 525 Dollar Turnier Erster, ließ 17.000 in seine Poker-Kasse fließen. Noch bis zum 9. April läuft die Million$-Week auf GGPoker (Anzeige). Highlight: das am Sonntagabend startende 10.300 Main Event mit einem garantierten Preispool von 2 Mio. Dollar.
Zur Erinnerung: Auf GGPoker (Anzeige) geht es in den Endspurt (bis zum 8. April) bei der 8. Ausgabe der Freeroll-Liga, wo der deutsche Amateur-Poker-Champion gesucht. Jeden Dienstag und jeden Samstag findet diese um 20 Uhr statt. Die Teilnahme an den Events ist komplett kostenlos. Zudem laufen wieder tägliche Qualifikations-Turniere für die 3. Raab Pokernacht. Das Online-Finale ist am 5. Mai.
