Ancelotti entra de lleno en la crisis de los penaltis

Los penaltis en el Real Madrid se han convertido en un auténtico enigma por resolver. Se acierta en las tandas decisivas y se falla durante los partidos. Es inexplicable que un equipo que ha superado el momento de máxima tensión en Champions ante City y Atlético, luego se permita el lujo de fallar cinco penaltis durante la presente temporada. Una ‘crisis de los penaltis’ en la que ha entrado de lleno Ancelotti y ya hay decisión: si hay una pena máxima a favor ante Arsenal, el encargado de tirarlo será Kylian Mbappé.

Los fallos en algo tan decisivo como es un lanzamiento de penalti es para echarse a temblar y más cuando se trata de jugadores como Vinicius, Mbappé y Bellingham. Dos errores contemplan a los dos primeros, por otro al inglés en lo que va de temporada. Y casi todos con consecuencias negativas en al marcador final: ante Liverpool, Athletic, Atlético y Valencia se perdió.

Fallos con consecuencias

El brasileño acumula dos fallos en dos semanas, primero ante el Atlético y después el del sábado ante el Valencia, en momentos decisivos en ambos partidos. Los errores de Mbappé llegaron en su etapa de duda en el actual Real Madrid. Fueron ante el Liverpool en Champions y frente al Athletic en Liga. Otras dos derrotas, como en los fallados por Vinicius. Bellingham se encontró con el palo en Mestalla en el partido de la primera vuelta, pero en aquel encuentro el Madrid acabaría ganando, no sin mucho sufrimiento.

El técnico italiano asegura que se complica la lucha por el título de Liga, pero que seguirán intentándolo hasta el final.

A esa lista de futbolistas que han fallado también se puede unir Modric, que la temporada pasada no acertó a transformar el suyo ante el Unión Berlín. Tampoco acertó en la tanda de lanzamientos decisivos ante el Manchester City.

Desde el principio de la temporada ha habido dudas en cuanto al orden de lanzadores. Incluso en pleno partido. En determinada ocasión algún jugador ha creído que no era el momento de tirar un penalti, lo que todavía ha abierto más el panorama a la hora de elegir a un candidato pleno. Ancelotti confesó en su día que era Vinicius el primero, después de haber dicho que eran los jugadores los que decidían el nombre del mismo.

Solución al problema mirando al Emirates

Ahora, tras el fallo de Vinicius ante el Valencia, el próximo lanzador será Mbappé, pero el cuerpo técnico considera que no hay un futbolista claramente especializado en la materia. Si el francés tampoco tiene acierto, el turno será para Bellingham.

En las dos últimas tandas de penaltis que han notificado el pase al siguiente rondas en la Champions, fueron precisamente el exjugador del Borussia Dortmund y Antonio Rüdiger, los únicos que repitieron acierto. Modric falló en el Etihad y Lucas Vázquez en el Metropolitano. Eso sí, en ambas ocasiones el éxito sonrió al equipo madridista. Llamativo, pero cierto.
