Dos corredores de la Medio Maratón de Madrid celebrada este domingo han sufrido una parada cardiorrespiratoria, uno de 35 años en Cibeles, que ha sido trasladado muy grave al hospital, y el otro de unos 20 años en Recoletos, que también está hospitalizado en estado grave.
Según ha informado el SAMUR-Protección Civil hoy, el corredor de unos 35 años ha caído desplomado mientras participaba en esta carrera, pero ha sido asistido nada más caer por un enfermero de SAMUR-PC que estaba participando en la carrera.
El sanitario le ha hecho una RCP junto con la unidad LINCE (equipo especial de voluntarios que dan respuesta en bicicleta) hasta que ha llegado el resto de personal sanitario. El varón ha sido trasladado al hospital en estado muy grave.
Por su parte, el otro varón de entorno a 20 años ha sido atendido por un médico que estaba de espectador, quien ha iniciado las maniobras de reanimación junto a dos miembros de seguridad del Medio Maratón hasta que han llegado el resto de equipos sanitarios de SAMUR-PC.
Tras recuperar el pulso el hombre ha sido trasladado al hospital en estado grave.
Según SAMUR-PC, en total han tenido unas 50 asistencias por causas de golpes de calor o esquinces, entre otras incidencias.
