Wer am Drive-in im Flensburger McDonalds Am Friedenshügel seine Bestellung in Empfang nahm, wurde plötzlich von einem ziemlich bekannten Gesicht bedient. Johannes Golla, Handball-Star der SG Flensburg-Handewitt und Kapitän der deutschen Nationalmannschaft, stand da persönlich am Tresen.

„Willkommen bei McDonalds, ihre Bestellung bitte“, sprach er in sein Headset, flankiert von einem Mitarbeiter. Dann wiederholte er: „Pommes, Eistee Peach…“ Und am Ende: „Wie wollen Sie bezahlen? Mit Karte? Geht sofort los, eine Sekunde.“ Talent dafür hat er auf jeden Fall.

Grund war die Neueröffnung der Filiale, zu der Golla und sein Mannschaftskollege Benjamin Buric eingeladen waren, Autogramme gaben, für Fragen zur Verfügung standen und die Burger zwischendurch auch selbst an die Kundschaft brachten.
[–>„Das war auf jeden Fall ein Mega-Highlight, auch für unsere Mitarbeiter“, teilte Franchisenehmer Karl Blumroth (57) auf dem Instagram-Account des Burger-Braters mit. Zugunsten des Ronald McDonald‘s Hauses in Kiel wurde zudem ein von allen Spielern unterschriebenes Trikot der SG verlost.
