Die individuellen Prämien in den Verträgen der Spieler hat Kölns Sportchef Christian Keller (46) abgeschafft. Seit seinem Start beim FC am 1. April 2022 etabliert er ein einheitliches Bonus-System für die Profis. Einzig Spieler mit Verträgen, die vor seiner Zeit abgeschlossen wurden, enthalten noch persönliche Extras.
Mittelfeldspieler Dejan Ljubicic (27) zum Beispiel hat noch eine festgeschriebene Aufstiegsprämie in Höhe von 100 000 Euro. Sein Vertrag stammt aus der Zeit von Ex-Manager Horst Heldt (55; jetzt Union Berlin).
„Rechtfertigungsversuch“: Klare Kritik an Hoeneß-Auftritt
Dem Rest der Mannschaft hat Keller jedoch nach Informationen von SPORT BILD längst einen Nachschlag für die direkte Rückkehr in die Bundesliga zugesagt. Die Höhe der Aufstiegsprämie ist noch offen. Nach dem 1:1 am Freitag in Fürth steht der FC auf Platz zwei – mit vier Punkten Vorsprung auf Relegationsplatz drei.
Alle anderen Bonus-Zahlungen hat Keller mit den Spielern bis ins letzte Detail geklärt. SPORT BILD enthüllt jetzt die Prämien aller Kölner Profis. Außenverteidiger Leart Pacarada (30) kommt bisher auf die meisten Startelf-Einsätze (26 von 29 möglichen). Seine Zusatzvergütungen in dieser Saison belaufen sich demnach bisher auf 136 100 Euro (siehe Tabelle).
Wann ein Spieler die volle Prämie bekommt
Das System von Keller sieht vor, dass bei einem Sieg bis zu 12 000 Euro pro Spieler drin sind. Dafür muss die Mannschaft nicht nur gewinnen, sondern nach dem Spieltag auch auf den Plätzen eins bis drei stehen. Dann gibt es 4000 Euro pro Punkt. Auf den Plätzen vier bis neun sind es nur noch 2500 Euro pro Punkt. Ab Rang zehn gibt es nichts mehr. Bedeutet: Steht der FC auf Platz zehn und schlechter ist jede Leistung mit dem Grundgehalt abgegolten.
[–>Um die volle Punkt-Prämie zu bekommen, müssen die Spieler entweder von Beginn an gespielt haben oder innerhalb der ersten Spielhälfte eingewechselt worden sein. Wer zwischen der 46. und 60. Minute ins Spiel kommt, erhält 50 Prozent der Prämie. Bei einer Einwechslung zwischen der 61. und 75. Minute gibt es 35 Prozent. Ab der 76. Minute 20 Prozent. Wer nur im Kader war, aber nicht gespielt hat, erhält zehn Prozent.
Durch diese Staffelung wird Leistung belohnt. Egal, ob Top-Star oder Nachwuchsspieler: Wer sich für die Startelf anbietet und erfolgreich spielt, bekommt den größten Bonus.
