Der Vertrag vom deutschen Ex-Nationalspieler hat sich erst kürzlich per Klausel bis 2026 verlängert. Trotzdem ist die Zukunft von Gündogan beim England-Meister wohl ungewiss. Laut der Schweizer Ausgabe von „Sky Sport“ haben die Cityzens schon einen Nachfolger im Visier.
[–>Demnach ist das Team von Pep Guardiola (54) interessiert am heiß umworbenen Mittelfeld-Star Tijjani Reijnders (26/AC Mailand). Die Italiener haben das Preisschild für den Holländer auf 65 Millionen Euro festgelegt. Laut „Sky Sport“ sind die „Skyblues“ auch bereit, diese Ablöse zu bezahlen.
Reijnders ist bei den Rossoneri gesetzt und gilt als absoluter Schlüsselspieler. In der aktuellen Saison hat er bereits 46 Pflichtspiele absolviert (3.874 Minuten), dabei 14 Tore erzielt und vier Vorlagen gegeben.
Anfang März hat der Nationalspieler (22 Länderspiele) seinen Vertrag in Mailand bis 2030 verlängert. Dennoch soll Reijnders seinen nächsten Karriereschritt planen und hat dem Bericht zufolge großes Interesse an einem City-Wechsel.
