O Santos ainda procura o treinador para assumir a vaga deixada por Pedro Caixinha, demitido no começo desta semana. Mas diante de dificuldades no mercado, o clube poderá ter que achar uma solução dentro de casa para resolver a situação

Sampaio efetivado?

Segundo o Uol Esporte, já existe a possibilidade de que César Sampaio, auxiliar fixo do clube e que treinou o Peixe na vitória sobre o Atlético-MG na última quarta-feira (16), assuma de forma efetiva o comando da equipe na sequência a temporada. A diretoria santista analisa a situação e já há os que defenderiam tal efetivação.

O ex-volante indicou na entrevista coletiva pós-jogo que tem o desejo de ter uma carreira plena de técnico e se emocionou ao falar do desejo de comandar o Santos time que o lançou para o futebol na metade final dos anos 80. O que se coloca é que, dependendo do resultado do clássico com o São Paulo, domingo (20), pelo Brasileirão, tal coro pela permanência de Sampaio se tornará mais forte internamente, citando a boa relação deste com o elenco como um dos motivos para favorecer tal decisão.

Cadê o treinador?

Além disto, os diversos problemas que o Santos enfrenta no mercado da bola para encontrar um treinador são vários. Até o momento, quatro nomes (Jorge Sampaoli, Dorival Júnior, Tite e Luís Castro) teriam recusado as investidas do Alvinegro Praiano, reduzindo o número de opções dispo´´ivies.

Outros nomes estão sendo observados, estes ainda sem proposta efetiva. Com a postura mais ‘cautelosa’ da diretoria do Peixe em tal busca, uma potencial ‘demora’ pode favorecer a decisão de efetivar César Sampaio, se nenhum outro nome no mercado agradar aos dirigentes e os resultados continuarem a vir.
