Pavard jubelt – Basler versteht’s!
Für die Bayern ist der Traum vom Champions-League-Finale „dahoam“ geplatzt. Auch weil Benjamin Pavard (29) zur zwischenzeitlichen 2:1 Führung für Inter Mailand köpfte. Anschließend feierte der Franzose den Treffer gegen seinen Ex-Klub ausgiebig – was für Kritik sorgte. Mario Basler (56) kann den Jubel allerdings nachvollziehen.

Dann rannte er los, breitete die Arme aus und sprang in die Luft. Der Verteidiger war im August 2023 aus München nach Mailand gewechselt.

In den sozialen Medien regten sich einige darüber auf, dass Pavard angeblich keinen Respekt vor seinem Ex-Klub habe. Ein User auf „X“ schrieb: „Es gibt Leute, die jubeln nicht gegen ihren alten Verein und dann gibt es Pavard.“
Basler nimmt Pavard in Schutz
Der frühere Bayern-Spieler Mario Basler empfindet den Jubel nicht als problematisch, sagte bei „Sport1“: „Der wird doch von Inter Mailand bezahlt. Warum darf man sich nach einem Tor nicht freuen?“

Und weiter erklärte er, warum er es albern findet, dass Spieler nicht für ihren neuen Klub jubeln sollten: „Ich verstehe nicht, warum man für seinen neuen Verein, wenn man ein Tor schießt, nicht jubeln darf. Ich als Arbeitgeber würde mich aufregen.“

Clay Webb, who is part of an unresolved lawsuit around bullying, signed with the Denver Broncos as an undrafted free agent. Jacksonville State, where Webb played for the last three seasons, announced the news Saturday night.
