Ravens 2025 NFL Draft Takeaways: A huge class, and one controversial pick

Ravens general manager Eric DeCosta walked briskly into the auditorium at the Baltimore Ravens facility on Saturday night and acknowledged the obvious: “It was a long day.”The Ravens finished an 11-man draft class Saturday by making eight selections and two trades, including one with the New York Jets that improved their positioning on Day 3 of the 2026 Draft.AdvertisementAfter selecting Georgia safety Malaki Starks, Marshall edge rusher Mike Green and LSU offensive lineman Emery Jones Jr. over the first two days, the Ravens used Saturday to add two more offensive linemen, two cornerbacks, a defensive lineman, an inside linebacker, a wide receiver/return specialist and a kicker. When it was (mercifully) over, DeCosta had checked pretty much every box and added to every spot where the Ravens had an obvious need. Chris Eubank Jr. and Conor Benn overdeliver on expectations in giving fans a cinematic masterpiece

Getty Images Every once in a while, if we're lucky, boxing will remind us why the best stories are the ones written in blood, sweat and tears. With enough family drama and swerves to fill a reality television script, the story of how Saturday's pay-per-view grudge match between Chris Eubank Jr. and Conor Benn came to be had already been a soap opera that was multiple decades in the making. But the fight itself, overflowing with pageantry inside London's Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and matching a pair of flashy personas who had each yet to achieve their defining moment, somehow exceeded every bit of expectation coming in.It was emotional. It was savage. And it had a Round 12 that belonged on the cutting room floor of a "Rocky" sequel.  Chris Eubank Jr. vs. Conor Benn results, highlights: Eubank earns win over bitter […]
