Vedoucí Slavia základní část zakončila hladkou výhru 2:0 proti Slovácku. Na čele soutěže má dál třináctibodový náskok. Pokud v úvodním kole nadstavby zvítězí v Olomouci, už jí nikdo titul nevezme.
Právě Sigma je posledním mančaftem, který doplnil šestici týmů nadstavbové skupiny o titul. Zařídilo to přesvědčivé vítězství 3:0 s Českými Budějovice a selhání Liberce. Slovan dvakrát proti Karviné vedl, ale nakonec prohrál 2:3 a vypadl z elitní šestky.
Co dál rozkryla Bílá sobota?
Druhé místo uhájil před nadstavbou Baník, za ním skončila Plzeň. Na obhájce titulu ze Sparty zbylo čtvrté místo, což znamená, že derby pražských „S“ se odehraje v sobotu 10. května v Edenu.
Skupinu o titul doplní Jablonec, který měl už před posledním kolem jistý pátý flek.

Týmy si do nadstavbových skupin přenáší body ze základní části. Pětikolový nášup načíná Slavia se 78 body, Plzeň jich má 65, Ostrava 64, Sparta 62, Jablonec 51 a Olomouc 43.

Karvinský Ebrima Singhateh (vlevo) svádí souboj s Azizem Kayondem z Liberce. Znovu se mohou potkat v prostřední skupině.
Vedení LFA změnilo zvyklost, která se hojně kritizovala. Vítěz prostřední skupiny v minulosti dostával možnost zahrát si o evropské poháry s celkem, který ve skupině o titul obsadil čtvrté, nebo páté místo.
To v aktuální sezoně mizí.
Nyní mančafty na sedmém až desátém místě hrají o volný los v 2. kole příštího ročníku domácího poháru a finanční prémii, kterou si zajistí oba finalisté.

Pardubický Ladislav Krobot z Pardubic a Filip Panák ze Sparty. Souboj nezměnil nic na tom, že Pardubice uvízly ve skupině o záchranu.
Už dlouhou dobu věděli v Českých Budějovicích, že míří do skupiny o záchranu. Postupně nepřívětivou jistotu získaly i Pardubice, pražská Dukla, Slovácko a Teplice. Po 30. kole šestku nejhorších mančaftů zkompletovala Mladá Boleslav.
Poslední tým nadstavbové skupiny o záchranu opouští nejvyšší soutěž. Čtrnáctý a patnáctý tým míří do barážového dvojutkání s druholigovými vyzyvateli.
