Clad in a sleek and form fitting outfit that moved as effortlessly as she did, Savannah worked through a series of core strengthening exercises using high end Pilates reformers. There was a quiet determination in her flow, the kind you don’t need to narrate. The mother of three pushes herself hard in her routine and displays the steady rhythm of someone who is completely in control of her body and the space around her.
