Flávio Prado ligou o alerta para a situação financeira do São Paulo. O comentarista da Jovem Pan se mostrou contrariado com a intenção do Tricolor Paulista em abrir os cofres para contratar um centroavante com o objetivo de substituir o lesionado Jonathan Calleri.
O comentarista da Jovem Pan comparou a dívida do SPFC com a do Corinthians, enfatizando que as cifras são-paulinas estão próximas dos valores devidos pelo clube do Parque São Jorge.
“O São Paulo está muito endividado, a dívida se aproxima do Corinthians. Se você tirar o valor do estádio, as dívidas são muito parecidas. Será que o SPFC pretende chegar neste estágio?”, questionou Flávio Prado, em vídeo nas redes sociais.
Conforme o balanço financeiro, o SPFC teve um déficit de R$ 287 milhões em 2024, somando um total de R$ 968,2 milhões.

Diante da dívida quase bilionária, Flávio Prado recomendou ao São Paulo que olhe mais para a base no Brasileirão Série A a fim de suprir a ausência de Calleri.

Flávio Prado também repercutiu a crítica do presidente do Cuiabá, Cristiano Dresch. O mandatário do Dourado recomendou aos clubes que não negociem com o Corinthians, acusando o clube do Parque São Jorge de calote pela negociação do volante Raniele. “Nem sempre o que o Corinthians promete, ele cumpre”, alfinetou o jornalista.
Assim como o São Paulo, o Timão também registrou um déficit no ano passado. Os valores são de R$ 181,7 milhões, totalizando uma dívida de R$ 2,5 bilhões.
