Hořava po zápase mluvil o taktické bitvě. Cenil si vítězství i předvedeného výkonu. Poté ale čelil dotazu, co se dělo po konci první třetiny. Televizní kamery jej zachytili, jak se při odchodu do šaten domáhal komunikace s hlavními rozhodčími, zatímco jej uklidňovali i někteří hráči.
„To nebylo o vzteku. Já ani nevím, co teď vlastně můžu říct. Chtěl jsem se jenom na něco zeptat, ale k rozhodčím jsem se nakonec ani nedostal. Před začátkem druhé třetiny jsme si celou situaci vysvětlili a bylo to v pohodě,“ komentoval celou situaci Hořava, ačkoli z televizních záběrů bylo patrné, že na ledě volil i ostřejší slova.

Nakonec ale mohl mít velký důvod k radosti. Pardubice od druhé třetiny přeci jen lépe kontrolovaly emoce. Provokací a strkanic totiž bylo v první třetině dost z obou stran. V domácím dresu vynikal zejména Kristián Pospíšil, jenž se vrátil do sestavy poté, co vynechal druhé klání na ledě Pardubic.
„Nevím, jak se to líbilo oku diváka, ale odehráli jsme velice dobrý zápas. Byla to další taktická bitva a jsem rád, že jsme zvítězili,“ dodal Hořava k utkání. Pardubice se ujaly vedení 2:1 na zápasy. V úterý mohou vybojovat v Rondu první mečboly.

Chicago Sky star Angel Reese has been suspended for one game after surpassing the regular-season technical foul limit during her team's 88-64 win over the Connecticut Sun on Wednesday, the WNBA announced.
