Jetzt scheint seine Zukunft geklärt!
Wie der spanische Sender „Cadena SER“ berichtet, wird Real Madrid zum Ende der Saison eine Vertragsverlängerung mit Superstar Vinicius (24) bekannt geben.
Demnach soll der Brasilianer ein neues Arbeitspapier unterschreiben, das bis 2029 oder 2030 laufen wird.

Der Wüsten-Staat wollte den Flügelspieler unbedingt holen, lockte ihn mit teils irrwitzigen Summen. Als letztes Angebot sollen die saudi-arabischen Investoren dem Weltfußballer eine Offerte von einer Milliarde Euro über fünf Jahre unterbreitet haben.
Vinicus lehnte jedoch ab, wollte dem Bericht zufolge nicht für einen längeren Zeitraum im Königreich spielen. Die Saudi-Seite habe wiederum nicht eingesehen, dem Angreifer eine XXL-Summe für lediglich ein paar Jahre zu zahlen. Daran seien die Verhandlungen gescheitert.

Mit Real soll er sich dagegen einig sein. Schon nach dem Liga-Sieg gegen Bilbao (1:0) deutete Vinicius am vergangenen Sonntag eine mögliche Verlängerung an.
Der zweimalige Champions-League-Sieger: „Ich habe es mit harter Arbeit, mit vielen Opfern und mit der Hilfe aller in diesem Verein, der Trainer, des Präsidenten und der Spieler, so weit gebracht, und ich muss so weitermachen, denn ich möchte noch lange hier bleiben und hoffentlich weiter Geschichte schreiben.“
Die Königlichen holten Vinicius 2018 für 45 Millionen Euro von Heimat-Klub Flamengo aus Brasilien. In der spanischen Hauptstadt entwickelte er sich seitdem zu einem Ausnahmespieler.
In der laufenden Saison erzielte er bislang 20 Treffer, legte in 46 Pflichtspiel-Einsätzen zudem 14 weitere Tore auf. Mit einem Marktwert von 200 Mio. Euro (laut „transfermarkt.de“) ist er zudem mit Erling Haaland (24/Manchester City) der teuerste Spieler der Fußball-Welt.
