Inflationszahlungen werden ausgesetzt, keine Neueinstellungen und zusätzlich noch eine Home-Office-Ansage. SPORT BILD hatte bereits im Bayern-Insider über die Einzelheiten berichtet.

Dazu kommt noch ein Einstellungs-Stopp. Heißt: Keine neuen Mitarbeiter an der Säbener Straße. Vollkommen egal, ob jemand kündigt oder nicht.
Für die Mitarbeiter gibt es zudem noch eine Ansage: Möglichst kein Home-Office mehr. Während Corona blieb in vielen Bereichen keine andere Wahl, als Mitarbeiter von zu Hause aus arbeiten zu lassen. Jahre nach der Pandemie ist das vielen Unternehmen ein Dorn im Auge. Damit ist der FC Bayern nicht allein.
Vor einiger Zeit gab es schon ein Führungstreffen in der Allianz-Arena. Uli Hoeneß (73) erklärte damals, dass er nicht versteht, warum die Mitarbeiter lieber von zu Hause aus arbeiten. Sein Argument: Es gibt nichts Schöneres als die Säbener Straße?

Ein häufig verwendetes Argument. Alles Gründe, warum Hoeneß nicht versteht, weshalb die Bayern-Mitarbeiter überhaupt ins Home-Office wollen.
Deswegen will man in München jetzt Anreize schaffen! Wie diese aussehen werden? Momentan noch unklar.
Klar ist aber, dass diese Maßnahmen allein nicht reichen. Mit Transferabgängen soll wieder Geld in die Kasse kommen – Max Eberl (51) wird beweisen müssen, dass er das Vertrauen von Hoeneß verdient.
