Após consultas, o treinador português indicou que ainda não vai trabalhar, já que tem valores do contrato com o Al Nassr a receber até junho. O salário também foi considerado inviável.
Com Diniz, a abordagem inicial indicou possibilidades de avanço nas negociações. Agora, será necessário uma engenharia financeira para poder custear o treinador.
O Vasco teria que gastar o dobro do que pagava a Fábio Carille para ter Diniz, que recebia nos últimos trabalhos acima de R$ 1 milhão. Para aceitar o Vasco, o técnico terá que reduzir sua pedida.
Enquanto isso, a direção vascaína tenta não colocar um único nome no alvo para não ficar na mão de ninguém. O perfil inicial foi traçado e o clube vai avançar ao mesmo tempo nas possibilidades.
Por isso, não está descartada a efetivação de Felipe Loureiro nesta temporada. O interino comanda o time contra o Operário, pela Copa do Brasil, na quinta-feira.
