Fortnite is still one of the most popular video games today, something it has achieved thanks especially to the large number of collaborations that have been launched over the years. These have been progressively arriving either in the form of skins or with other implementations that have been entering the video game.
There are many great franchises that have made their way onto the Fortnite island. A great example is the entire Marvel superhero saga, which was a real hit. Now recently there has been a new stellar collaboration between the Epic Games title and one of the most acclaimed franchises in film history, Star Wars.

The original series of films managed to win the hearts of thousands of viewers around the world, something that catapulted Star Wars to the top. Since then, they have continued to take advantage of the pull of this science fiction world by making new series such as The Mandalorian, The Acolyte or the latest one that has been announced and will be animated, Star Wars: Tales of the Underworld. This one in particular is very special, as its premiere can be seen exclusively… within Fortnite!
What is Star Wars: Tales of the Underworld
Star Wars: Tales of the Underworld is a six-episode animated anthology series that is part of the Star Wars franchise. It is the third installment in the Tales anthology series, following Tales of the Jedi (2022) and Tales of the Empire (2024). Created by Dave Filoni and produced by Lucasfilm Animation, the series focuses on the criminal underworld of the galaxy during the reign of the Galactic Empire, exploring the stories of two iconic bounty hunters, Asajj Ventress and Cad Bane.
The series, which uses the same animation style as Star Wars: The Clone Wars, stars the voices of Nika Futterman (Ventress) and Corey Burton (Bane), along with other actors such as Artt Butler, Lane Factor, AJ LoCascio, Clare Grant, Dawn-Lyen Gardner and Eric Lopez. It also includes characters such as Latts Razzi, known from The Clone Wars.
When and where to watch the premiere of Star Wars: Tales of the Underworld in Fortnite
Star Wars: Tales of the Underworld will be released to the world on May 4 on Disney+. However, as we mentioned before, Fortnite will have an exclusive premiere due to its latest agreement with this franchise.
That’s why all Fortnite players will be able to exclusively enjoy the first two episodes of Star Wars: Tales of the Underworld on Friday, May 2 from 4:00 p.m. Spanish time. They will also be able to earn an Assaj Ventress loading screen by watching both episodes on Star Wars Watch Party Island
