Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s relationship is stronger than ever, despite what the rumors say. Although the famous couple has spent some time apart, sources close to both assure that their relationship is going well as they spend quality time with their families and friends.
The past month has been disconcerting for fans of “Tayvis” – as social media dubbed the couple. While the “Bad Blood” singer spent time in New York with her family, the Kansas City Chiefs star partied with her brother Jason and singer Justin Timberlake in Las Vegas.
As if this weren’t enough to send conspiracy theorists into a frenzy, Kelce unfollowed Ryan Reynolds on Instagram. Fans speculate that the player is trying to distance himself from Swift’s friends, especially after the controversy surrounding Blake Lively, Reynolds’ wife.
However, there’s nothing to worry about, or so sources say.
Tayvis is here for a while
Recently, a source close to Swift and Kelce told Page Six that everything is fine between the couple. “There’s no trouble at all,” the insider said, shutting down all speculation about a possible split.
“They’re still so in love and enjoying spending time with their friends and each other during the offseason,” the source assured. The outlet also noted that before this brief separation, the couple spent a significant amount of quality time reconnecting after Kelce’s intense season finale.
First, the power couple spent several weeks on vacation at an unspecified location, and this March, they took a romantic getaway to a winter resort in Montana, “taking a break from the public eye.” The couple appears to be gathering energy for a busy 2025.
Swift and Kelce’s near future
Both will be busy focusing on their personal projects. Press reports indicate that Taylor is taking a break after two years of her successful “Eras Tour,” while she prepares a new album and another tour that could begin in 2026.
The Chiefs tight end, for his part, vowed to put aside the partying and focus on his NFL career. Travis has a thorn in his side after the Super Bowl LIX loss and wants to return for revenge.
