2025 NFL Draft: Grading fantasy football fits for every relevant Day 2 pick

It's report card time for Professor Scott Pianowski as he grades the fit of each relevant fantasy football prospect taken in Rounds 2 and 3 of the 2025 NFL Draft. You can also check out Professor Behrens' Round 1 fantasy gradesSECOND-ROUND PICKSWR Jayden Higgins, Houston Texans, 34th overallFantasy grade: B-Reason why: Houston needs reliable receivers to trust after alpha Nico Collins, and Higgins was a versatile player in college. Higgins has a chance to outkick some of the Round 1 wideouts in 2025 based on Houston’s current roster construction, but his initial ceiling has to be tempered with Collins here — it's also interesting that the Texans took his college teammate Jaylin Noel in Round 3. Kenny Golladay is a clean comp for Higgins, a big body but an ordinary separator.AdvertisementAdvertisementAdvertisement>>Real-life NFL draft grade: B-RB Quinshon Judkins, Cleveland Browns, No. 36th […]

How to watch Day 3 of 2025 NFL Draft: Date, time, TV channel, live stream, draft order

Getty Images The 2025 NFL Draft continued Friday with the second and third rounds, and there was no shortage of drama throughout the event. The New Orleans Saints made Louisville's Tyler Shough, a seven-year college player, the first Day 2 quarterback to come off the board. The Baltimore Ravens halted the slide of Marshall edge rusher Mike Green, a widely projected first-rounder. And, perhaps most notable of all, Colorado's Shedeur Sanders remained unselected by the end of the night. And guess what? We've still got four full rounds to go, with dozens and dozens of prospects yet to reach the NFL stage. Will Sanders finally be one of them? Some of the other big names may have already found their pro homes, but sometimes the real draft darlings emerge on the final day of action, when Rounds 4-7 enable clubs a slew […]

2025 NFL Draft: Dolphins legend Jason Taylor joins family ‘J-E-T-S’ chant after Jets draft son, Mason Taylor

Getty Images Jason Taylor is one of the best players to ever don a Miami Dolphins jersey, as the Hall of Famer spent 12 seasons in Miami, but he'll be exchanging the teal and orange for the green and white of the New York Jets this fall. That's because the Dolphins' AFC East rivals, the Jets, used their second-round pick on his son, LSU tight end Mason Taylor. New York needed to add some juice to their passing attack this year as they move on from Aaron Rodgers, and added Taylor as a big target over the middle with a ton of upside at the pro level with the No. 42 overall pick on Friday night. Family and friends at their draft party at the Taylor home were quick to embrace Mason's new team, and Jason even joined in on a family-wide […]

Shedeur Sanders will officially be a Day 3 NFL Draft pick — if that.Sanders went unselected during the second and third rounds on Friday, and he's now among the biggest draft slides in NFL history.AdvertisementAdvertisementAdvertisementAfter a winding evaluation process that cast him as one of the NFL draft’s biggest mysteries, multiple QB-needy franchises repeatedly passed on Sanders. It comes in the wake of a last-minute spate of controversy earlier this week, after NFL Network quoted multiple anonymous league sources who hammered Sanders with sharp criticism over his level of play and pre-draft interviews. While the critiques were not the first for Sanders in this process, the nature of some of the comments — including calling him “entitled” and “not very good” as a player — drew a spate of negative reactions both inside and outside of league circles.Among the teams that […]
