Die Bayern-Frauen holen sich das Double!
Wenige Tage nach dem Gewinn der dritten Meisterschaft in Folge gewinnen die Münchnerinnen auch im Pokalfinale, schlagen Werder Bremen mit 4:2.
Im ausverkauften Kölner Rheinenergie-Stadion (45.146 Zuschauer) schießt Lea Schüller (27) die Bayern-Frauen fast im Alleingang zum Double. Dreierpack!

Bitter für Bremen: Der Außenseiter hält zunächst gut mit, wird lautstark von den mitgereisten Fans angefeuert. Auch auf der Tribüne: Hans Wirtz und Karin Groß, die Tochter Juliane Wirtz (23/Bremen) unterstützen. Die Schwester von DFB-Star Florian (21), der nicht im Stadion ist, wird in der 83. Minute eingewechselt.

Nach dem zweiten Bayern-Treffer durch Carolin Simon (30. Minute) kommt Bremen kurz vor der Pause zumindest noch mal ran.
Mahmoud spielt von rechts clever auf Rieke Dieckmann (28), die zum Anschluss trifft (45.+2). Für die Werder-Frauen fast ein historischer Treffer – zuletzt war ihnen vor sieben Jahren ein Pflichtspiel-Treffer gegen die Bayern gelungen.
