O futuro de Carlo Ancelotti no Real Madrid não deve passar do clássico contra o Barcelona. Segundo o jornal espanhol Marca, a diretoria dos merengues e o treinador devem anunciar o fim do contrato do italiano após o clássico, neste domingo (11)
Saída para a seleção?
A decisão, inicialmente repercutida pelo The Athletic, já está devidamente apalavrada entre as partes e pode ser anunciada até, no máximo, a partida de quarta-feira (14), contra o Mallorca. A saída do treinador de Santiago Bernabeu acontecerá independente do resultado do clássico do fim de semana, que pode determinar ou não o fim das chances madridistas de conquistar LaLiga.
Caso tal saída aconteça, o jornal aponta que o próximo passo de Ancelotti será o seu anúncio oficial como novo técnico da seleção brasileira. Principal candidato ao cargo e preferido da CBF, a publicação aponta que já haveria os trâmites finais para assinatura do contrato e que o italiano já estaria no Rio para preparar a sua primeira convocação, a dos jogos das Eliminatórias da Copa do Mundo contra Paraguai e Equador

A saída antecipada significaria que o italiano não estaria no Mundial de Clubes da Fifa comandando o Real Madrid. Um interino deverá assumir, se o anunciado pelo jornal for correto, para o final da temporada e a disputa do torneio a ser disputado nos Estados Unidos a partir de junho. Tal vaga deverá ser ocupada por um antigo ídolo merengue, Santiago Solari.
Depois, o favorito a assumir a vaga de Ancelotti é Xabi Alonso. O treinador do Bayer Leverkusen tem sua saída do clube alemão cogitada para poder comandar a equipe na qual também teve destaque em seus tempos de jogador. Por enquanto, não há nada oficial neste sentido para que o ex-meio-campista seja contratado.
