Gabigol ainda está longe de estar no caminho de sua aposentadoria do futebol. Mas o jogador já começa a pensar nos rumos que tomará quando deixar o esporte, e estes podem até significar cuidar de coisas bem longe da vida nos gramados

O atacante do Cruzeiro falou sobre seu futuro no esporte e descartou trabalhar como treinador assim que encerrar a carreira. O jogador se vê, no entanto, nas funções de um CEO e quer se dedicar especialmente a trabalhar com os times femininos.
“Queria muito fazer isso. Se for possível, queria começar no feminino. Um CEO para contratar, fazer essa ligação entre as áreas. Isso é o que eu gostaria de fazer”, declarou Gabigol ao Cruzeiro Cast.
A escolha por trabalhar com o futebol feminino não é algo aleatório para o jogador. O atleta nunca escondeu que acompanha de perto os jogos e as equipes. Na Raposa, chegou a assistir alguns treinos da equipe feminina e é próximo de Byanca Brasil, uma das atletas do elenco cruzeirerense, esta até participando da apresentação do jogador em seu atual clube.
“Não sei se tem esse cargo de CEO (dos times femininos) nos clubes, mas é algo que eu gostaria muito. Estar perto das meninas, do treinador, do presidente, passar o que eu acho certo e errando. Conversei com a Byanca, com a (executiva da equipe feminina) Bárbara Fonseca, Não sei se como jogador, eu consigo ser CEO do feminino, mas eu queria ter oportunidade de trabalhar com elas em algum momento”, revelou.
Fora do esporte
Mas os planos de Gabigol não estão apenas no futebol. O atacante, que já chegou a se aventurar na música, quer ter mais participação neste setor, assim como na moda. Algo que também pode ser complementar à vida no esporte.
“Música e moda com certeza. Treinador é muito difícil. O que eu gosto muito é da ligação entre treinador, diretoria, jogadores… algo perto do que o Alexandre Mattos faz, também contratar”, comentou.
