Na noite desta segunda-feira (12), o Santos recebe o Ceará no Allianz Parque, em São Paulo, às 20h00 (de Brasília), em duelo que encerra a oitava rodada da Série A do Campeonato Brasileiro.
Inicialmente programada para acontecer na Vila Belmiro, a partida foi remarcada para a arena do Palmeiras de modo a atender aos torcedores e associados santistas na capital paulista.
A expectativa é de grande público, assim como ocorreu nos jogos do Peixe realizados no estádio do Morumbis e na Neo Química Arena, na temporada do ano passado.
Zé Rafael pode estrear pelo Santos
Apresentado oficialmente na última sexta-feira (9), o volante Zé Rafael finalmente pode entrar em campo vestindo a camisa alvinegra em 2025.
E a estreia do volante pode acontecer justamente dentro do Allianz Parque, a arena do Palmeiras, clube em que o jogador atuou nas últimas seis temporadas antes de se transferir para o Santos.
O atleta de 31 anos se recuperou de uma espondilolistese, que é uma lesão na coluna provocada por um afastamento ou desalinhamento entre as vértebras.
“Agora, depois da cirurgia, é vida nova. É buscar a melhor condição física, técnica e mental para voltar a fazer o que eu mais gosto da maneira mais excelente possível”, disse o volante, que exaltou a oportunidade dada pelo Santos.
“Iniciei esse ano no Palmeiras e, quando teve a oportunidade de sair, vi como um bom desafio. Sabia que aqui (no Santos) seria um bom lugar para recomeçar. O clube me proporcionou essa oportunidade. Estou muito feliz de estar aqui. Foi uma recuperação muito boa”, apontou Zé Rafael.
Liberado pelo departamento médico, o volante vem participando dos treinamentos junto com o restante do elenco e deve ser relacionado pelo técnico Cléber Xavier para a partida diante do Ceará nesta segunda-feira (12).
O treinador também terá os retornos dos laterais Souza e Aderlan, e do meio-campista Gabriel Bontempo, que estavam contundidos, além do meia argentino Álvaro Barreal.

A provável equipe que deve iniciar o jogo contra o Ceará no Allianz Parque é a seguinte:

Sob pressão, o Santos precisa de um resultado positivo diante de sua torcida no Allianz Parque para se reabilitar e melhorar sua situação na tabela de classificação do Brasileirão Série A.
Com aproveitamento de apenas 19% na competição, sendo um empate, uma vitória e cinco derrotas, o time do craque Neymar ocupa a 19ª e penúltima colocação somando somente quatro em 21 pontos disputados.
No sábado (10), a diretoria mais uma vez foi alvo de protestos promovidos por grupos de torcedores no CT Rei Pelé.
