O retorno de Neymar ao Santos teve um impacto significativo no alcance do clube em suas redes sociais. Conforme estudo publicado recentemente pela empresa Sports Value, a força do camisa 10 se faz presente fora dos campos.
Das 30 principais postagens mais significativas no futebol brasileiro em 2025, 28 de 30 posts do clube tiveram referência ao craque.
Inclusive no Instagram, três postagens somadas renderam 17 milhões de visualizações. com alto índice de engajamento.
O clube hoje já conta com mais de 24 milhões de seguidores considerando as principais redes sociais, ficando atrás apenas do Flamengo e Corinthians.
O número de interações em quatro meses do ano supera com sobras o desempenho do Peixe em 2024.
No TikTok inclusive o time da Vila Belmiro vem apresentando um desempenho superior a seus rivais. Em abril o clube terminou na liderança entre as equipes do Brasil e no Top-3 das Américas, atrás apenas do Inter Miami e Toluca, conforme dados da empresa Deportes & Finanzas.
Já no ano, na mesma rede, três postagens com referência ao atleta somaram juntas 12 milhões de interações.

Antes mesmo de confirmar seu retorno ao Santos, o craque já teve papel importante no engajamento santista.
Duas postagens fazendo referência ao jogador renderam 6,5 milhões de interações no Instagram do Peixe.
Reverter engajamento em receitas
Vivendo momento financeiro complicado, com uma dívida que chegou em R$ 645 milhões em 2024, o Santos pode ter em Neymar um importante aliado para aumentar seu faturamento neste ano.
A equipe arrecadou R$ 78 milhões em 2023 com receitas de marketing, com um aumento de 15% em 2024, chegando ao total de R$ 89 milhões.
Em abril deste ano o Peixe fechou um acordo com a 7K em contrato que renderá no primeiro ano R$ 51 milhões e R$ 54 milhões no segundo.

Apesar do sucesso nas redes sociais, a diretoria santista lamenta o momento vivido por Neymar dentro de campo. Isso porque o craque fez apenas 11 jogos desde que retornou ao time, menos da metade das partidas que o time disputou no ano.
Inclusive existe a possibilidade de que ele possa fazer somente mais duas partidas pelo Santos, já que seu contrato se encerra em junho deste ano.
Porém dentro do clube existe um otimismo em relação a renovação do vínculo e que a presença do craque possa ajudar o Santos a se recuperar no Brasileirão, onde a equipe ocupa a 19ª colocação, com cinco pontos ganhos em oito confrontos.
