Gut Ding will Weile haben!

Das ist ein altes deutsches Sprichwort, das sich die 2. Kammer des Bundesportgerichts beim Deutschen Handballbund (DHB) erneut zu Herzen nimmt. Da spielt es offensichtlich auch kaum eine Rolle, dass in der 2. Handball-Bundesliga nur noch vier Spieltage zu absolvieren sind.

Denn genau in dieser Liga liegt seit rund zwei Wochen der Einspruch eines Klubs ohne gesprochenes Urteil auf der To-do-Liste der Kammer und ihres Vorsitzenden Prof. Dr. Martin Gutzeit.

Handball-Sportgericht hat mal wieder gut Zeit

Es geht um die 27:28-Heimniederlage von TuSEM Essen gegen den Dessau-Rosslauer HV vom 27. April. Die Essener hatten fristgerecht Einspruch gegen die Spielwertung eingelegt. SPORT BILD berichtete über den betreffenden Regelverstoß.

Als Protest-Begründung teilte TuSEM Essen damals mit: „Hintergrund des Einspruchs ist, dass der DRHV nach seiner letzten Auszeit wenige Sekunden vor Schluss das Spiel mit einem Spieler zu viel auf dem Feld beendete. Nach einer 2-Minuten-Zeitstrafe in Spielminute 58:02 hätte der DRHV das Spiel in Unterzahl (mit sechs Spielern) beenden müssen. Nach dem Time-Out standen jedoch sieben Spieler auf dem Feld. Durch das Anpfeifen des Spiels, ohne die Anzahl der Spieler zu berichtigen, lag ein spielentscheidender Regelverstoß des Kampfgerichts vor.“

[–>Seit Ende April ist aber nichts passiert. Auf Nachfrage von SPORT BILD teilt der DHB mit, dass „das Verfahren laufen“ würde. Problem: Die Zweitliga-Saison neigt sich unweigerlich ihrem Ende entgegen, die Urteils-Uhr tickt.

Und sowohl TuSEM Essen als auch der Dessau-Rosslauer HV sind auch noch im Zweitliga-Abstiegskampf, dem wahrscheinlich spannendsten in ganz Handball-Europa, verstrickt. Ab der HSG Nordhorn-Lingen auf Rang 8 kämpfen zehn Klubs gegen den Absturz. Einzig die HSG Konstanz steht bereits als Absteiger fest.

In der 2. Liga geht es nach der Länderspiel-Pause mit zwei Keller-Duellen am Freitag weiter. Eintracht Hagen empfängt den ASV Hamm-Westfalen (19 Uhr), der TSV Dormagen den VfL Lübeck-Schwartau (20 Uhr). GWD Minden trifft im Aufstiegskampf auf HBW Balingen-Weilstetten (19.30 Uhr, alles live bei Dyn/Anzeige).
