Essens Einspruch – Handball-Sportgericht hat mal wieder gut Zeit

Gut Ding will Weile haben!

Všichni to chápou a nikomu bys nic nebral.

SEC post-spring power rankings: Texas takes top spot, LSU tasked with battling lofty expectations

Getty Images Spring practice is in the rearview mirror, which means that we're hurtling towards the doldrums of summer. The months between April and August are the only time that college football really goes quiet, in a relative sense, which means that the summer is ripe for speculating. And what better way to speculate than by power ranking the SEC teams? It should be an interesting year for one of the nation's premier conferences. The SEC, which loves to tout its superiority, was locked out of the College Football Playoff National Championship for a second consecutive season in 2024. This in spite of the fact that the SEC got three bids in the inaugural 12-team playoff, more than any other non-Big Ten conference. Titles are the standard in the South, so the SEC enters 2025 with a chip on its shoulder. Fortunately […]

Ranking top-10 team fits for NFL rookies during 2025 season: Nick Emmanwori, Ashton Jeanty headline list

Getty Images It's been said for a while now -- we all know team and scheme fit is vital for players once they enter the NFL. Not just quarterbacks. Every position. From scheme to teammates to coaches, environment is often the imperceptible element that makes or breaks a young player as he's acclimating to the league. Let's pinpoint the absolute best prospect-team fits from the 2025 NFL Draft. These players are in the finest environments to excel immediately and over the long term on their new NFL teams.  Draft pick: Round 2 (No. 53 overall)During the Super Bowl-winning season in 2020, the Buccaneers were loaded at cornerback, especially those with man-coverage chops. That year, Jamel Dean and Carlton Davis combined for 25 pass breakups and five interceptions in the regular season. Dean remains, and while Zyon McCollum emerged in Year 2, the Buccaneers had […]

National League quarter-mark grades: Mets, Dodgers, Cubs and more score an ‘A’ while Rockies plumb new depths

Keytron Jordan, CBS Sports We're just past the quarter mark of the 2025 season, which means it's time to hand out some team grades based on what's unfolded thus far. This is no way predictive and the grades assigned aren't meant to suggest that a given team will continue playing as they have thus far. Broadly speaking, these grades reflect performance to date in the context of preseason expectations. Exceed expectations, and you'll get high marks. Fall well short of them, and you'll get branded with a D or F. You know how this works. With the necessary throat-clearing out of the way, here now are our quarter-mark grades for the National League. 2025 Fantasy Football Quarterback Projections: Post-Draft update adds Cam Ward and Tyler Shough as starters

USATSI When I first released these projections back in February I offered a word of caution, "it is still very early." This week I am releasing my post-draft projection, and I want to reiterate, it is still very early. That being said, we do at least now know where the rookies will play, though there is really only certainty around when one of them will start.Cam Ward is the lone quarterback from the 2025 NFL Draft class who I feel certain will start Week 1. But even with that certainty, he doesn't project as a starting quarterback in Fantasy Football. I project Ward for 3,817 passing yards, 23 passing touchdowns, 296 rushing yards, and 2.1 scores on the ground. That places him at QB28 below, 29 points behind QB20 Bryce Young, and 49 points behind QB12 Jared Goff.Tyler Shough is […]
