TV-Überraschung bei der ARD!
Nach Informationen von SPORT BILD verstärkt der Sender sein Sportschau-Team mit Alex Schlüter (40), bekanntes Gesicht von der Champions-League-Berichterstattung bei Prime Video. Schlüter übernimmt Teile der Aufgaben von Alexander Bommes (49), der sich künftig mehr auf den Unterhaltung- und Informations-Bereich bei der ARD konzentriert. Bommes ist seit 2012 Gastgeber der Quizsendung „Gefragt – Gejagt“.
Schlüter, der erst seit einer Saison bei Prime Video ist, wird die Sportschau moderieren und mit Bommes, Esther Sedlaczek (39) und Lea Wagner (30) ein Quartett für die Bundesliga-Sendung am Samstag und die Sonntags-Shows bilden.
Bommes ist u. a. auch bei Handball-Übertragungen und bei Fußball-Topspielen sowie Olympischen Spielen zu sehen. Auch das sind potenzielle Einsatzgebiete für Schlüter.
[–>Schlüter, der gebürtig aus Göttingen stammt, war bei Prime Video zuletzt beim Halbfinal-Rückspiel zwischen Inter Mailand und dem FC Barcelona (4:3 n. V.) im Einsatz. Jetzt steht für ihn das Tennis-Turnier in Wimbledon ab dem 30. Juni an. Das wurde bereits vor dem ARD-Wechsel beschlossen. Vor Prime Video war er acht Jahre bei DAZN.
Parallel geht er mit Benni Zander (35) unter dem Titel „Schlüter. Zander. Live“ auf Tour. Start: 16. Mai in Hamburg – mit Weltmeister Christoph Kramer (34) als Gast.
Die ARD hat damit ihr Sportteam komplett: Sedlaczek, die im Sommer ihr drittes Kind erwartet, bleibt bis 2029 und moderiert große Fußball-Turniere, Highlight-Spiele und Olympische Spiele. Wagner, ebenfalls bis 2029 gebunden, ist die Gastgeberin der Skisprung-Übertragungen und moderiert bei der Frauen-EM aus dem Quartier der Nationalmannschaft. Außerdem ist sie sonntags bei den SWR-Sport-Sendungen aus Mainz und Stuttgart zu sehen.
