Jackson Mahomes marked his 25th birthday on Thursday, but the celebration from his famous family remained surprisingly understated.
While Patrick Mahomes is usually in the spotlight as the Kansas City Chiefs‘ three-time Super Bowl champion quarterback, his younger brother grabbed a bit of attention this time-though not necessarily for the warmest reasons.

Jackson, who has carved out his own public persona with over 1.1 million TikTok followers and more than 230,000 on Instagram, has become a regular presence at Chiefs games.
Whether it’s posing on the sidelines during the Super Bowl or celebrating alongside Brittany Mahomes after big wins like the AFC Championship against the Buffalo Bills, Jackson is no stranger to the camera.

But when it came to celebrating his birthday, the gesture from his sister-in-law Brittany was surprisingly minimal. Jackson shared an Instagram Story featuring Brittany and her friend Miranda Hogue, who were captured dining at a restaurant.
Brittany, dressed in a bold, colorful outfit, later reposted the image to her own Story with a short birthday message-an interaction that felt more like a formality than a heartfelt tribute.
Patrick Mahomes’ subdued nod to his brother’s milestone
While Brittany‘s post raised some eyebrows for its lack of warmth, Patrick Mahomes also took a moment from his busy schedule to acknowledge Jackson‘s birthday.
Currently in Las Vegas hosting his 15 and the Mahomies Foundation Golf Classic, Patrick managed to send a birthday message to his brother amid the tournament festivities.
The Mahomes family is spending time together in Nevada for the charitable event, which runs May 14-16 and supports educational initiatives.
Still, the public birthday wishes felt routine rather than celebratory, adding fuel to speculation about the nature of Jackson‘s relationship with the couple-especially after recent viral videos hinted at growing distance between him and Brittany.
Jackson and Patrick also share a younger sister, Mia Randall, born in 2011, who occasionally appears in their family’s social media posts.
Though Patrick remains the face of the NFL franchise in Kansas City, Jackson continues to build his own following, even as questions linger about his connection with his older brother and sister-in-law.
Whether the cool birthday interactions are a sign of a deeper family dynamic or simply a quiet celebration behind the scenes, one thing is certain-this year’s milestone didn’t come with much fanfare.
