Didi Hamann (51) hat seinen Vertrag bei Sky verlängert. Der Ex-Profi, der für seine schonungslosen Klartext-Analysen bekannt und bei manchen gefürchtet ist, wird die Fans auch in der nächsten Saison am Samstag ab 14 Uhr in der Sendung „Countdown“ auf den Bundesliga-Spieltag einstimmen.
Er schlägt einfach zu!: Plötzlicher Fan-Angriff auf dem Spielfeld
Nach Schlusspfiff analysiert er dann in der Highlight-Show „Alle Spiele, alle Tore“ die Ergebnisse. Weiterhin wird er dies gemeinsam im Wechsel mit Britta Hofmann und Michael Leopold tun. Hamann setzt ebenso seine Kolumne auf Skysport.de fort und wird regelmäßig sonntags zu Gast bei „Sky 90“ mit Moderator Patrick Wasserzieher sein.

Seine Profi-Karriere hatte er einst beim FC Bayern gestartet (1992 bis 1998), spielte danach in England für Newcastle United (1998/99), den FC Liverpool (1999 bis 2006), Manchester City (2006 bis 2009) und die Milton Keynes Dons (2010/2011). Für Deutschland bestritt er 59 Länderspiele (5 Tore).
