Hinter der weiteren Karriere von Manchester Citys Superstar Kevin De Bruyne (33) steht ein großes Fragezeichen – ein anderer Top-Star lockt ihn jetzt zum FC Liverpool.
De Bruyne hatte zuletzt einen Verbleib in der Premier League angedeutet. Sein Vertrag bei den „Cityzens“ läuft nach dem Ende der Saison aus, wird nach zehn Jahren nicht mehr verlängert. England möchte er trotzdem nicht verlassen.

Bisher galten die US-Liga MLS und Saudi-Arabien als wahrscheinlichste Zukunftsoptionen für den Mittelfeldstar. Jetzt ergibt sich mit Liverpool eine weitere.
Zuletzt hieß es in England, dass auch ein Kurzzeit-Vertrag bei ManCity möglich sei. Demnach wolle City ihn für die kommende Klub-WM in den USA (14. Juni bis 13. Juli) mit einem Mini-Kontrakt ausstatten. Ob sich De Bruyne aber darauf einlassen würde, ist unklar.
