Der ehemalige Bayern-Verteidiger Lucio (47) meldet sich Tage nach seinem schlimmen Unfall bei Instagram. Er postete ein Foto von sich, auf dem er und seine Frau Marilia einen Flur eines Krankenhauses entlanggehen. Auf dem Bild trägt er einen dicken Verband um den Kopf, ein Krankenhaus-Hemd, beide Beine sind eingewickelt in Verbänden. Seine Marilia hält ihn am Arm, er selbst scheint wegen weiterer Verbände und Schmerzen am Arm nicht ihre Hand halten zu können.

Rückblick: Vor wenigen Tagen verletzte sich der Ex-Nationalspieler Brasiliens (105 Länderspiele) bei einem häuslichen Unfall mit einem Tischkamin schwer. Er erlitt Verbrennungen, kam sofort in eine Klinik. Wie seine Medienagentur mitteilte, musste er seit seiner Einlieferung am vergangenen Donnerstag bereits zweimal operiert werden. Wie es ihm knapp eine Woche danach genau geht, ist nicht klar. Noch immer wird er aber im Krankenhaus in Brasilia behandelt.
Zuletzt teilte die Klinik bereits mit, dass Lucio „stabil, bei Bewusstsein ist und von einem multiprofessionellen Team betreut wird, das auf die Behandlung von Verbrennungen spezialisiert ist. Die Verletzungen wurden verbunden und er macht gute klinische Fortschritte.“
