Kim Kardashian has reached a new milestone in her life: she has graduated from law school after six years of rigorous study. The Skims founder shared her achievement via her Instagram account, showing images and videos of the intimate ceremony organized by her family and close friends.

“All of you have been on this journey with me,” Kardashian said in her speech, acknowledging those who have accompanied her since she began her legal journey in 2019. The surprise was total, as according to a source close to the family, Kim believed she was going to a regular family brunch, but ended up celebrating a graduation carefully organized by her loved ones.

During the ceremony, Kim wore a gray sweater, leather skirt, black stockings and white high-heeled shoes, while at another time she was seen wearing a beige cap. In one of the clips shared, she is seen holding her diploma and hugging her mentors, who were full of praise.

2025 Qatar Economic Forum Day Two Highlights

“Six years ago, Kim Kardashian came into this program with nothing more than a fierce desire to fight for justice,” one of her mentors said during the event. “There were no master classes or shortcuts in ivory towers, just determination.” The same mentor explained that Kardashian dedicated 18 hours a week, 48 weeks a year, for six years, which adds up to a total of 5,184 hours of legal study.

All of this she achieved while raising her four children, running multiple businesses, filming television shows and attending court hearings to advocate for others. Kardashian has been open about her journey, even admitting that she failed the baby bar three times before passing it in 2021. This exam was a crucial step on her path to practicing law.

A personalized and meaningful celebration

At the lunch following the ceremony, her study cards were transformed into placemats, a creative way to pay tribute to the hard work behind each hour of preparation. Her five-year-old son Psalm attended in a beige suit and tie, inspired by his grandfather, the late lawyer Robert Kardashian Sr. He was even photographed with a briefcase in hand. Meanwhile, her seven-year-old daughter Chicago wore a black striped suit in honor of the outfit her mother wore at Harvard in 2023.

Although she has yet to take the final bar exam, Kardashian has already passed the multijurisdictional professional responsibility exam, allowing her to move toward practicing law in California.

With this achievement, Kim demonstrates that her commitment to law goes beyond a simple aspiration. Her goal, as she shared in an interview in 2022, is to one day open a successful law firm. For now, she has taken a firm step in that direction, inspiring many not to give up in the face of challenges.
