Sehen wir Cristiano Ronaldo (40) bei der Klub-WM?
Die Medienberichte häufen sich, dass der portugiesische Superstar das Kapitel Saudi-Arabien womöglich im Sommer beenden könnte. Sein Vertrag bei Al-Nassr läuft aus – und offenbar bemühen sich gleich mehrere Klubs um die Dienste des Europameisters von 2016, darunter auch Teilnehmer an der Klub-WM in den USA (14. Juni bis zum 13. Juli 2025).
Transfer-Gerüchte um Cristiano Ronaldo immer heißer
Nachdem die „Marca“ erst vor ein paar Tagen vom Interesse des brasilianischen Klubs Botafogo berichtet hatte, bringt die spanische Sportzeitung nun einen weiteren Klub-WM-Teilnehmer ins Spiel. Demnach soll der marokkanische Verein Wydad Casablanca über eine Verpflichtung von Ronaldo für den Zeitraum des Turniers nachdenken.
[–>Für den Stellenwert des Turniers, das erstmalig mit 32 Mannschaften ausgetragen wird, wäre die Teilnahme Ronaldos ein echter Kracher. Mit ihm und Lionel Messi (37/Inter Miami) würden dann DIE Fußball-Ikonen der letzten Jahre in den USA an den Start gehen.
Neben Botafogo und Casablanca soll auch Los Angeles FC den Portugal-Star auf dem Zettel haben. Das Team aus der Major League Soccer (MLS) könnte ebenfalls an der Klub-WM teilnehmen. Die Kalifornier kämpfen am 31. Mai im heimischen BMO-Stadium im Entscheidungsspiel des Concacaf-Verbandes gegen Club América (Mexiko) um den letzten Startplatz beim Turnier.

Ausgeschlossen ist ein Ronaldo-Abschied aus Saudi-Arabien keinesfalls. Zuletzt lief es nicht gut für Al-Nassr. Der Klub wird die Saison titellos beenden – sehr frustrierend für den bekanntermaßen super-ehrgeizigen Portugiesen.
Berichten zufolge soll die Klub-WM Ronaldo trotz seines hohen Fußballer-Alters noch reizen. Aus der Bundesliga sind mit dem FC Bayern und Borussia Dortmund zwei Vereine dabei.
Sollte es nichts werden mit einem der Turnier-Teilnehmer, könnte Ronaldo vielleicht nach Europa zurückkehren. Laut „Mirror“ sollen der FC Chelsea, Besiktas Istanbul und sein Jugendverein Sporting Lissabon Interesse am Superstar zeigen.
