O Corinthians já viajou para enfrentar o Atlético-MG e oficializou a volta de três atletas que frequentemente são titulares, quando têm condições de jogo. São eles: Rodrigo Garro, Memphis Depay e Matheuzinho.
Depay foi desfalque nos últimos três jogos por causa de uma lesão no tornozelo direito. Matheuzinho não atuou nas últimas duas partidas em virtude de um edema na coxa direita.
E Garro está afastado desde o título do Campeonato Paulista por conta de uma contusão no joelho direito. É possível que eles iniciem o jogo deste fim de semana no banco de reservas.
Nesse sentido, a provável escalação corintiana é formada por: Hugo Souza; Matheuzinho (Léo Mana), André Ramalho, Cacá e Angileri; Maycon, José Martínez e Breno Bidon; André Carrillo, Igor Coronado (Memphis Depay) e Yuri Alberto.
“Sabemos da qualidade da equipe mineira, mas temos que fazer nosso melhor sempre. Fazendo nossa parte, estaremos mais próximos de conquistar a vitória”, declarou Hugo Souza.
Corinthians e Atlético-MG duelam neste sábado (24), a partir das 21h (horário de Brasília), no estádio Arena MRV. O jogo é válido pela rodada 10 do Brasileirão Série A. Os times têm 13 pontos cada.
“Sabemos da situação da tabela. Uma vitória nos dá um salto para afastar deles e destes que estão próximos de nós, além de encostar na parte de cima. É isso que vamos buscar”, acrescentou Hugo Souza.
Time terá outro jogo como visitante
Depois de enfrentar o Atlético-MG, o Corinthians encara o Huracán. O jogo é válido pela última rodada da fase de grupos da Copa Sul-Americana e está marcado para ocorrer na terça (27), às 21h30, no estádio Tomás Adolfo Ducó. O elenco será o mesmo.
“Sabemos das dificuldades que vamos enfrentar nestes dois jogos, mas temos um compromisso maior ainda que é de sempre vencer e empilhar pontos. É a melhor forma de termos tranquilidade para trabalhar. Vamos fortes”, completou Hugo Souza.
